Global mobility specialists to be recognised at IEL Awards 2025

Find out which law firms and specialist lawyers are in the running for this year’s global mobility law practice awards

IEL Awards

GML is delighted to announce the shortlists for three specialist global mobility awards categories at the IEL Awards 2025.

Now in its third year, the IEL Awards recognises the very best of the international employment law community.

Last year’s legal star-studded event celebrated the achievements of the best global mobility practices for the first time, with Lewis Silkin taking home the inaugural prize.

This year, the judges have added individual awards for Global Mobility Lawyer of the Year and Global Mobility Leader of Tomorrow to the overall practice category.

“GML knows that global mobility is a complex web of interconnected practices, from employment and immigration to tax and social security. It is therefore right that specialist mobility practices and their experts be recognised for the crucial work they do to move the world’s best talent where it is needed most,” said John van der Luit-Drummond, editor of GML.

“Our congratulations to all the firms and individuals who are nominated this year and the very best of luck.”

All this year’s winners will be announced at a black-tie gala on Wednesday 19 November at the Savoy Hotel in London.

This gathering of the legal elite promises to be a night of celebration, networking, and recognition of excellence within the international employment and global mobility law communities.
