After months of in-depth research, we are proud to announce that the inaugural edition of the GML Elite is now live, spotlighting firms with global capabilities and standout teams across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

As the field of global mobility continues to evolve beyond traditional relocation support into a more strategic function (shaped by compliance, tax, employment, and risk), we have identified the practices at the forefront of navigating these challenges for their clients.

Through interviews with leading law firms and professional service advisers, a clear picture emerged of a practice area under pressure to respond to shifting political, regulatory, and economic conditions, while also helping clients manage a workforce that is increasingly mobile, and access talent around the globe.

We simultaneously spoke with in-house experts – including GML subscribers – who provided valuable feedback on what they look for when seeking external global mobility advice.

The GML Elite showcases those teams best placed to advise in a market where mobility decisions are no longer straightforward, where remote working and business travel raise novel questions, and where clients increasingly expect cohesive advice across jurisdictions. From tighter compliance scrutiny to changing investor and tax regimes, global mobility is becoming a business-critical issue across the world.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to our first ever GML Elite research cycle, and congratulations to those who are included in the guide.
