GML is excited to announce that nominations are now open for the second edition of the GML Tomorrow’s Leaders survey.

The survey seeks to uncover future global mobility challenges, and identify the individuals likely to be at the forefront of addressing them.

In our first edition, we featured rising stars from across the world, who discussed what drew them to global mobility, and what its most pressing issues are – or are likely to be in the years ahead. From skills shortages to changeable political winds, you can read their thoughts here

To be considered for inclusion in this year’s survey, global mobility experts from around the globe are required to complete a short nomination process.

Experts with up to ten years' professional experience in the global mobility space must provide a 250-word submission explaining what they have achieved in practice to be considered a future global mobility leader.

Nominations are welcome from private practice law firms, in-house legal and mobility departments, and consultancies.

Firms and in-house teams may make multiple nominations.

Individuals are welcome to nominate themselves but, when doing so, they are required to complete a further submission nominating one of their contemporaries at another organisation.

Those chosen as tomorrow’s global mobility leaders will be contacted for a thought-leadership survey, and have their responses published online in early 2026.

Nominations close on Friday 28 November.
